Please check the policies in your email for direct address. Deposits are non refundable. Not under any circumstances will a deposit be refunded once collected. By continuing to book you are agreeing to this policy. For appointments canceled before the 48 hour window,  deposits may be transferable once. The second appointment/reschedule will need a new deposit. Please don’t bring guest however your children are welcome. Appointment times are a range. Actual services are subject to start at that time or 15mins after appointment time. There is a 20min grace period for clients as well as stylist, after 20mins your appointment may be rescheduled. Cancellation Policy
A 30% cancellation fee for any no-call/no-shows or cancellations before 48hours of the scheduled appointment. No new appointment will be booked until prior cancellation fees are paid. If the card on file has insufficient funds at the time of cancellation fee payment there will be a 40% inconvenience fee before a new appointment can be booked or you may be banned from booking.
